Do you pick up cases and deliver them yourself?

    As long as you are within our delivery range, we will do a pickup and delivery run once in the morning at 9 A.M, and again in the afternoon at 3 P.M. 

 

What locations do you service?

     Currently we hand-deliver to Beaufort, Port Royal, and Lady's Island in South Carolina. We do accept cases through the mail from licensed dentists. We'll match the shipping method used.

What type of work do you do?

     We try to be flexible, and match the wants and needs of both the doctor and the patient. We use high quality materials, and have a wide range of options available to solve many different problems with regards to removables. Take a look at our Products and Materials pages for more!

 

What kind of turnaround time do you require?

     It depends on the procedure you're requesting and equipment capacity, work is first come first serve, with the exception of pre-scheduled cases. Please note there are only two of us. We do our best, but workload can be unpredictable, so please schedule cases if you can. There are approximated times on our DDX price list, so please sign up, it's free for you!

 

Is it possible to schedule cases ahead of time?

     Yes, if you wish to ensure the turnaround time, scheduling is required. We do our best to keep up with schedules , pre-scheduling the case reserves time to dedicate to that case.
